Technical Operations Manager

Location: Gillingham, Kent

Salary: Competitive + Quarterly Bonus + Health Insurance

Our client is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager with a background in Fire & Security. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will lead the customer service delivery team, manage key client accounts, and drive new contract sales through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of key client accounts and Account Managers
  • Leadership of the Service Sales/Estimating Team to achieve sales targets and service excellence
  • Development and implementation of service delivery strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and compliance
  • Working closely with the Engineering Manager and Service Desk Manager as part of the senior management team

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service management within a technical or service-oriented industry
  • Strong leadership, team management, and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
