We are seeking a passionate Service Sales Consultant to join our London & South Regional Sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. This role focuses on improving market penetration and growing the servicing business in line with our company objectives within the Central London Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and develop new client areas through lead generation and prospecting
  • Close profitable deals across a range of customer groups
  • Achieve sales and revenue growth according to agreed targets
  • Respond to quotation requests and tender enquiries; follow up and negotiate to close sales
  • Maximize exposure of products and services across targeted accounts and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans with clear objectives to increase market share
  • Measure and communicate progress against monthly targets through accurate and timely reporting and forecasting
  • Manage existing client accounts to maximize their spend and strengthen relationships
  • Liaise with the Regional Director and Head of Sales to ensure all work aligns with company practices
  • Visit clients as needed

Who They Are Looking For

  • Commercially driven with a strong sales background, preferably in the lift or escalator industry
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Project and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills; highly organized, approachable, and flexible
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, results-driven, and willing to go the extra mile
