Job Opportunity: Sales Executive for Industrial and Automatic Doors
Location: Tyne and Wear
We are seeking a Sales Executive with a background in doors to secure 'Preventative Maintenance' contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seeking out and securing opportunities, completing site surveys, submitting and securing quotations or tenders, and developing leads for the New Door Business. The role requires meeting given targets for quotations submitted and orders won, as well as promoting the organization and seeking out opportunities for other areas of the business.
Key Performance Indicators include the value of quotations issued, the conversion rate of quotations to orders, and usage of CRM against pre-agreed targets. The candidate should demonstrate company values such as protecting people, prioritizing customers, moving forward through continuous improvement, fulfilling performance promises, and working together with trust.
Required Capability & Attributes:

Preferred experience in service organization, door industry, sales, and industrial & automatic pedestrian maintenance contract sales.
