Scheduler / Planner
Remote working based ideally in the Northampton area. Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Our Client is looking for an experienced, motivated and process driven Scheduler / Planner whose focus will be to manage and work closely with our engineers and valued customers.
A confident telephone manner with strong organisational skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential to the role with experience of working from home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of nationwide engineers, delivering same day response repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
The required duties are:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails as required.
- Schedule engineers for reactive and maintenance jobs using our “Big Change” CRM system.
- Ensuring work orders are accurately created, assigned, prioritised and processed.
- Ensure prompt resolution (24 hrs) to customer enquiries.
- Generating quotes for new repairs and servicing to be approved by manager.
- Assigning engineers to emergency call outs.
- Respond to queries, amend data and re-issue tasks as required.
- Maintain customer records and appointments in our CRM system.
- Ensure all customer financials are accurately tracked.
- Handling phone and email communications with engineers, customers, sub-contractors, ensuring repairs are completed in an efficient manner to the customer's satisfaction.
- Handling occasional Out of Hours emergency calls (remunerated on top of base salary).
- Health and Safety awareness and desire to learn/take on additional training.
Desirable:
- Previous experience with “Big Change” CRM System would be advantageous.
- Located in the Northamptonshire area (not essential).
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK is very important.
- Experience in a repairs & maintenance environment.
- Experience working with engineers' diaries/scheduling day-to-day and reactive repair jobs.
Notes:
- You will receive a company phone, laptop and other required IT equipment.
- This is a remote working role following completion of training period.
- 25 days paid annual leave.
