Job Summary

A self-motivated Remedial & Minor Works Estimator is needed for a customer service and commercial-oriented role covering all product disciplines. Key responsibilities include providing timely and accurate quotations, managing quotation backlog, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision of remedial and minor works quotations
• Timely actioning of new and critical fail quotations
• Managing/Minimising quotation backlog and age
• Daily monitoring of the R&MW inbox
• Identifying sale price changes
• Monitoring of SOR missing from key and National customers
• Highlighting engineer improvement opportunities

Key Performance Indicators

• Quotation backlog control
• Quotation conversion
• Quotation margin tracking
• Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
• Timely actioning of new and critical fail quotations

Experience

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have strong commercial focus, technical knowledge of the product base, and a proven track record of methodical working practices. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure are essential.  The candidate will have the ability to work at  high level on SimPRO and other operating platforms.
