We are looking for an experienced and passionate Regional Technician to join our London & South division, based in London. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced fault-finding skills and conduct technical assessments
- Provide technical support across the region, assisting engineers
- Service and maintain lift components
- Repair or replace lift parts as needed
- Participate in out-of-hours work on a pro rata basis
Who We Are Looking For
- NVQ4 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Full UK Driving License with the ability to travel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work effectively with others
- Positive attitude and openness to change
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional customer-care abilities
- Ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development
- Strong advocate for Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
