Recruitment & People Officer

Our client, a family-run commercial offices company, is seeking a Recruitment & People Officer to join their award-winning team. With over 550 employees, this role is vital for maintaining their outstanding service.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources and a passion for people. Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Optimizing recruitment materials on digital platforms
- Drafting job descriptions and managing applications
- Conducting candidate database management
- Providing HR support to department heads
Requirements:
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Strong communication methods, organization, and a keen attention to detail are essential. A CIPD qualification is advantageous, but development opportunities are available.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £27,000 with a generous benefits package.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 9 - 5.30 and Fridays 9 - 4.30pm
