Basic £55,000 + OTE's upwards £100,000

We are currently on the hunt for modernisation sales manager candidates in the London area to work for one of the global giants in the Lift and escalator industry. The ideal modernisations sales manager candidate will have experience working within the modernisation of lifts and has first had experience within the shafts themselves. You will be selling the product of modernisation of lifts across a specific area, you will have the opportunity to well over double your basic salary in commission when you hit realistic targets and KPI's which are set. Modernisation sales manager responsibilities:

  • Drive volume sales growth of modernisation, transformation and full replacement with appropriate C1 levels. 
  • Maximise both modernisation and full replacement sales through prospecting, dealing with repeat customers and general enquiries into that business. 
  • Presentations to clients as required.
  • Follow up quotations, negotiate and convert into orders. 
  • Produce business development plans for assigned areas and report on forecasting of expected business.
  • Undertake detailed technical lift surveys both for traditional modernisation and full replacement.
  • Adhere to company-imposed targets.

 

The ideal modernisation sales manager will have experience either in the field, proven track record of customer facing roles, modernisation sales, or a similar sales field within the industry. I am also keen to speak to highly motivated sales engineers within the lift and escalator industry as there will be transferable skills. 

 

Modernisation sales manager package:

  • £55,000 basic salary 
  • Very rewarding commission scheme with OTE's looking well over £100,000 per annum.
