Are you an industry-savvy sales leader looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking an outstanding, experienced Head of Sales to join our New Installations team. Reporting directly to the Head of New Installations, this role focuses on building long-term relationships with top contractors, developers, and clients while leading our New Installation EOX, Escalator, and Major Projects Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Sales: Drive new lift sales by supporting sales teams in prospecting new business, managing repeat customers, and leveraging internal leads.
  • Tender Management: Assist in creating major project tenders aligned with customer requirements.
  • Negotiation: Monitor negotiations closely and adapt to changes in customer requirements to meet business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring best practices in sales activities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist the sales team in negotiating company terms and conditions.
  • Account Development: Develop customer account plans and provide regular business forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with installation and service teams to develop ideal customer solutions and protect/grow portfolios.
  • Process Management: Oversee the tender and order booking process.
  • Cost Management: Approve and sign off on all EOX, Escalator, and Major Project costings.
  • Client Meetings: Lead client sales meetings for major projects.
  • Document Management: Develop and maintain client-facing and internal tender document templates.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in creating and delivering company-wide sales strategies.
  • Commercially driven with a strong desire to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with high self-confidence.
  • Experience in sales-based elevator & escalator engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction and elevator & escalator industry.
  • Previous experience leading a sales team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and able to drive change.
  • Superior time management, organizational, and people skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
