Our client, a leading Electric Vehicle company in Slough, Berkshire, is seeking a Permanent EV Qualified Supervisor to join their team. If you have experience as an EV Installer and a strong background in Electric Vehicles, we want to hear from you!

Our Client is a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. We specialise in the installation, maintenance, and management of EV charge points across the UK. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Slough. The successful candidate will oversee the installation and maintenance of EV charge points, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of EV charging points.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare risk assessments.
  • Liaise with clients, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all electrical work carried out.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and used correctly.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, ideally within the EV charging sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and standards, C&G 2391 or equivalent, 2919 EV Charging.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • ECS or CSCS card holder is preferred.
