EV Installer
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team and take responsibility for the electrical installation of our EV Charge Point Installations, being carried out across the UK for our high-profile customers.
The ideal candidate will be a competent electrician with a keen eye for detail, and will strive for perfection
Role Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations and installation guides to carry out the proper installation of EV chargers from various charger manufacturers .
- To liaise with our Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relevant to the EV charge point installations for their projects.
- Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.
- Handle all necessary hand over documentation for each project, ensuring it is fed back into the QS/PM.
- Any other reasonable request in line with this role given by the EV Qualified Supervisor
Essential Training or Qualifications
The individual will need to demonstrate competency of their experience in electrical installations. The candidate must be a fully qualified electrician and hold qualifications in these fields.
- Qualified Electrician with minimum 3 years of experience as an approved electrician.
- City & Guilds Electrical Installation 2330 or 2360 Parts 1 & 2.
- City & Guilds 2391/2 or 2394/5 Test & Inspection.
- City & Guilds 18th Edition.
- JIB/ECS card.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
This role will cover installs in the Woking / Guildford / Surrey area.
