Customer Services Advisor
Our client in the Coalville area are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role will be to:

Complete the day to day duties within the department

Provide excellent customer service on the telephone, face to face and via email

Manage customer accounts
Overview of the role
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries alongside building good customer relationships
- Follow processes and procedures within the department
- Work to deadlines, Prioritise work load and multitask
- Provide customer back order reports on a weekly basis using the reporting system on SAP
- Manage multiple email accounts and respond accordingly
- Stock Checks, Pricing and product lead times
- Dealing with customer discrepancies, investigating and logging reports using excel
- Chasing deliveries, Giving ETA’s and requesting POD’s

Hours of work:
8.30am - 5pm (1hour lunch) Mon - Thurs
8.30am - 4.30pm (30 min lunch) Fri
Salary up to £22,500 for relevant experience.
